M3 Restaurant is a concept app designed to unify the dine-in and delivery experiences across a restaurant chain within a single, coherent product ecosystem.
The project explores how a brand operating through multiple locations and channels can offer a seamless ordering journey, whether customers are sitting at a table or ordering from home.
The app adapts to context, supporting table-side ordering, menu browsing and service interactions in physical venues, while also enabling a streamlined delivery flow built on the same interaction patterns and visual language. By aligning both experiences under one system, the concept strenghtens brand consistency and creates a more fluid relationship between customers and the restaurants across locations and touchpoint.
