Challenge
Cofidis commercial network was underperforming, and management had little visibility into why. Agent performance data was scattered across disconnected tools and manually compiled Excel files that were difficult to update and impossible to trust, leaving strategic decisions without a reliable foundation.
Process
Through discovery workshops and interviews with both the management team and the commercial network, I mapped all friction points and fragmented data sources, then built a coherent database as the foundation for the entire system.
A key contribution emerged from this research: by analyzing agent behaviors and contexts, I identified a set of agent qualities that directly influence performance and which are now embedded as filters in the dashboard, giving management a new lens for strategic decisions.
Outcome
The project delivered a consolidated database, powering a dashboard with predefined KPIs, AI-generated summaries and a conversational interface for dynamic data querying. The platform is now actively used by management to monitor agent activity and inform strategic decisions across the commercial network.
