Challenge

Skill Factor had developed an effective consultancy approach to help organizations map their values, identify misalignments, and address communication tensions both between generations in the workplace and between the company and its employees. The problem was scalability: every engagement was heavily dependent on the consultant's expertise, not systematized, and impossible to replicate consistently across different organizations. Two recurring issues emerged in their clients: organizational values were often declared but rarely measurable or concrete, and communication frictions were growing, driven not by operational differences but by misaligned ways of expressing and prioritizing values across people and roles. Skill Factor needed a system that could address both at scale.

The system is hybrid by design, with human oversight built into every step through decision logs and output review. What previously required extensive manual consultancy work can now be replicated consistently across different organizations, making the approach scalable without losing the depth of the original expert method.
